14G Blunt Needle 2.0inch (50mm)

These two inch (50mm), 14 Gauge (14G) blunt needles, whilst not as popular as the shorter 1.5 inch version are regularly used for bulk fluid refilling tasks such as large volume inkjet cartridge refilling.

These units come at a slight premium in terms of cost, but do provide a solution when a slightly longer needle is required.

14 gauge needles are one of the widest diameters available which makes them ideal for more viscous/thicker materials or situations where high-volume/fast-flow rates are needed. The 14G are also some of the strongest needles available compared to much thinner (higher gauge) needles. This strength allows for longer needle products (including 4 and 5 inch) and can withstand considerable pressure behind the needle if required. Obviously the wider diameter makes them less ideal for puncturing scenarios but still useful for low-density/low-resistance materials.
