Christmas Closure 2018

We will be closing for our Christmas and New Year holiday between December 21st and January 2nd (2019).

NeedlEZ orders placed before 12:00 GMT on 21st December 2018 will be shipped as normal.

Any orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until January 2nd when we will resume normal operation.

Phone queries will be directed to voicemail and dealt with on 27th, 28th and 31st December only. Email communication will be somewhat delayed over this period, particularly Christmas and Boxing day.

As our company is a family run business we firmly believe in spending some proper family time over the holiday period so we trust you’ll understand why we focus our attentions elsewhere, rather than on our phones or laptops.
