Product Packs/Discounts Changes

After our initial launch we quickly realised that the original approach, of providing specific pack quantities for each product, created a headache for customers wishing to purchase “odd” quantities. So, we took our ideas back to the drawing board and decided to re-organise, so that you simply order the quantity you want and the cart applies set break points for discounts based on the quantity ordered for that product.

e.g. Say, you wanted to order 2,600 14G 2.0″ needles.

Now you just add 2,600 of the product to your cart and it applies an automatic discount at the 2,000+ bulk rate.
Before you would have had to purchase packs of 2,000, 500 and 100 to get the best deal available.

So, you can see we’ve simplified the whole process and made it far more accessible. It also means that single product purchases are now available again.
