Purchase Orders – Policy/Store Changes

NeedlEZ.co.uk was originally setup predominantly for end-user customers but we’ve noticed an increase in businesses who purchase from us, particularly larger organisations that use Purchase Orders. Obviously we want to enable all customers but purchase orders have caused something of an administrative headache in terms of processing and invoicing.

To help reduce the problems and streamline everything we’ve adopted two changes.

1. The store now has a checkout module so purchase order information can now be generated using the store.
   (See purchase order instructions for details)
    
2. We’re applying a Minimum Order Value of £25 (GBP) ex’ VAT for purchase orders.
   Anything under this will incur a £5 (ex VAT) fee to cover administration.
