22G Blunt Needle 1.5inch (38mm)

Our 22 Gauge needles are a very thin diameter which means they are only really suitable for thin/very-low-viscosity fluids.

While the barrel material is stainless steel, these units have limited strength so it’s worth checking what kind of pressures and forces your application applies, particularly those perpendicular to the needle length. As this unit is an inch and a half (38mm) long it will withstand more than the longer units of the same gauge.

This benefits of this gauge are that they provide a very limited flow volume which makes it easier to dispense precise amounts.
